Notably, TMG acted as land developer in the reclamation of Hamilton Field in Novato. This project is a mixed-use redevelopment of the former Hamilton Air Base, which closed in 1975. The site includes 900 new homes, one million square feet of commercial space, and 74 acres of parks, open space, and wetlands.
